PaperlessNGX - Docker is up but need to work on tags and organization

WikiJS - This will be my wiki for configurations and instructions for my docker containers. If I have my friends use anything like paperless or something, I'll have the documentation there for them. Also helps with more practice on documentation aside from doing it at work

Ghost - This very website lol

Wallos - Helping me keep track of my subscriptions and what cards are being used for them. After I've kept track of everything, I need to update subs to be on one card dedicated just for subs

Firefly III - Budgeting app I still need to setup. Trying it out to see if I like it enough to use or potentially using a paid service for it

Mealie - Keeping track of recipes to try or recipes I've done
